This role focuses on independently solving technical challenges, understanding developer goals, and identifying recurring issues. The objective is to not just answer questions, but to understand the root cause, learn from developer experiences, and improve the product and its documentation.

AgentMail is building the communication infrastructure for AI agents, enabling them to communicate and operate independently across various services. We've processed hundreds of millions of emails and serve developers building ambitious agentic products. We are seeking a Founding Product Engineer to define the customer experience of AgentMail. This role involves owning products from initial customer problems to daily developer use, encompassing end-to-end development across frontend, APIs, backend services, data models, and infrastructure. You will engage directly with customers, translate their challenges into product solutions, and shape the developer experience. The role requires rapid prototyping, meticulous attention to detail in product design and interaction, and contributing to the product engineering culture.
