How it works
- 1
Upload your resume
We read it with AI to understand the roles you fit, your skills and your experience. You can check what we read and correct it.
- 2
We score every new job
Each job posted in the last week is scored against your resume and the preferences you set: role, seniority, remote or onsite, salary.
- 3
You see only strong fits
Jobs scoring 70% or more, best first. Each comes with why you fit and one honest caveat: a gap to close or what to put first.
- 4
Tell us what missed
Mark a match "Not for me" and say why (wrong role, too senior, location, salary). That job is gone for good, and the next batch leaves out jobs like it.
What goes into a score
Every job gets a score out of 100 from the same five parts. Skills count most. Where a job doesn’t say something, like salary, that part is neither held against you nor in your favour.
- Skills
- The skills the job asks for that your resume shows
- Role
- Whether the job is the kind of role you do or want
- Experience
- Seniority and years against what the job needs
- Work arrangement
- Remote, hybrid or onsite, and where you can work from
- Salary
- The job’s pay against what you expect, when it’s listed
A number on its own doesn’t tell you much, so every match also says, in plain words, why you fit and the one thing to watch: a requirement you may not meet, or the experience to put first.
Questions
Why do I only see a few matches?
We only show jobs that fit you well (70% or more) and that were posted in the last week. An old posting is often no longer hiring, and a weak fit isn’t worth your time. Fewer, better matches is the point.
Does AI decide my score?
No. Scores come from fixed rules that compare your resume and preferences with each job. AI reads your resume and writes the explanation of a score in plain words, but it doesn’t set the number.
Who sees my resume?
It’s stored privately, and nobody gets a public link to it. Employers only see it when you apply to one of their jobs. You can delete your account and everything with it at any time.
What jobs are included?
AI engineering jobs (ML, LLM, agents, research and AI infrastructure) collected straight from the systems companies post their openings on, refreshed several times a day.
