AiRagJobs (airagjobs.com) is operated by Phares Muruthi Njoki, a sole proprietor in Kenya ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the site, create an account, buy a candidate plan or pay to list a job. By doing any of these you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AiRagJobs.

What AiRagJobs is

AiRagJobs is software. It lists AI engineering jobs and, through our AI matching platform, reads a candidate's resume and ranks open jobs by how well they fit. Most listings are collected from companies' public careers pages and job boards; recruiters can also post jobs directly.

What you pay for is access to the software: candidate plans unlock more matches and more frequent matching, and a job listing puts a job on the board. Our team also reviews job listings before they go live and checks matches to keep quality up. We don't sell consulting, recruiting, career coaching or any other service delivered by people.

We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we are not a party to any hiring decision. We don't guarantee that a listing is still open, that its details are accurate, or that using AiRagJobs will lead to an interview or a job.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per candidate account. A recruiter account acts for the company it lists jobs for, and you confirm you're allowed to hire for that company.

Payments are handled by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you pay, you buy from Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout shows your local currency, and sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you are.

Candidate plans

The Free plan shows your top matches each week at no cost. Weekly ($9/month) and Daily ($19/month) are monthly subscriptions that show all your strong matches, refreshed weekly or daily.

• Free trial: each account can start one 7-day free trial of a paid plan. You add a payment method at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the plan starts and you're charged the monthly price.
• Renewal: a paid plan renews automatically each month and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• After you cancel: your account, profile, resume and saved jobs stay as they are and you move to the Free plan. To remove your data too, delete your account, which deletes it as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Price changes: if we change a plan's price, we'll tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.

Matching scores are guidance from our own rules and AI summaries of your resume. They can be wrong, they never decide whether you're hired, and they are never shown to employers. Explanations written by AI are marked as such.

Paid job listings

• Posting a job costs $99 per listing, paid once.
• Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live. If we don't approve it, we refund the fee in full.
• Listings must be for a real, open role at the company named, and must not ask candidates for money, contain discriminatory requirements, or link to anything misleading.
• If you edit an approved listing or change your company's name or logo, it goes back for review before it's shown again.
• We may remove a listing that breaks these terms.

Refunds

No questions asked: you can have a full refund of any payment within 14 days of it. See our Refund Policy for how.

Using the site fairly

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or resell listings or other content from AiRagJobs in bulk, or access it with automated tools other than ordinary search engines;
• post false, misleading or fraudulent jobs, or use AiRagJobs to collect candidates' personal data for anything other than hiring for the listed role;
• upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
• try to get around payments, plan limits or security, or interfere with how the site works.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as your resume, profile and job listings. You let us store, process and display it as needed to run AiRagJobs: for example to read your resume, match you with jobs, show your application to the employer you apply to, or show a recruiter's listing on the board. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The AiRagJobs site, name, design and software belong to us.

Third-party listings and links

Collected listings link to the company's own careers page. Applications made there are between you and that company, under its terms. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or for what companies do with applications.

Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using AiRagJobs at any time; to close your account, use your profile or write to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud, after telling you why where we can. If we close an account that hasn't broken these terms, we refund any unused part of a paid plan.

Disclaimers and liability

AiRagJobs is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost earnings or opportunities, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll change the date at the top, and for changes that matter to paying customers we'll tell you by email before they apply. Continuing to use AiRagJobs after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without taking away any protection the law where you live gives you.
