Refund Policy

No questions asked. You can have a full refund of any payment to AiRagJobs within 14 days of the date you were charged. This covers candidate plans, renewals included, and job listings.

How to get a refund

Use either:

• Email [email protected] and tell us which payment you'd like refunded.
• Find your payment at paddle.net using the email on your receipt and request a refund there.

How refunds are paid

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you paid with, in full, including any tax charged. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Free trials and cancelling

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial and nothing is charged during it. You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard: cancelling stops future charges, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for. A refund of a plan payment also ends that plan.

Job listings

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. If we don't approve your listing, we refund the fee in full without you needing to ask. A refunded listing is taken down.
