Why Harvey At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.   Role Overview As a Senior Product Operations Manager at Harvey, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams — turning strategy into execution across our entire product lifecycle. You'll build and scale the operating systems that help our product teams make better decisions, ship with confidence, and drive measurable impact for law firms and in-house legal teams pushing the frontier of AI adoption. You'll work as an extension of product leadership, balancing hands-on execution with strategic initiatives. This is a role for someone who builds from 0 to 1, thrives in ambiguity, and creates structure where none exists.   What You’ll Do - Inputs to Product Teams — Ensuring teams have the information they need to make great decisions - Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems that synthesize feedback from law firm partners, in-house clients, CSMs, and sales into actionable product signals - Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact, including analytics dashboards, KPIs, and clear hypotheses - Create high-leverage engagement points with customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle — from alpha through post-GA - Streamline key decision points across teams, reducing friction and improving prioritization quality Ops of the Product Org — Creating the operating systems that enable product teams to thrive - Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, monthly reviews, roadmap prioritization, etc.) - Build reliable run-of-business systems that scale as Harvey grows — launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI structures - Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success - Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency across the org Outputs from Product Teams — Amplifying product impact by connecting what we build to those who need it - Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs that validate product-market fit and surface refinement signals before broad release - Own launch coordination end-to-end — ensuring timely, high-confidence rollouts with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring - Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility that keeps GTM, Legal, and leadership aligned on what's shipping and why - Make it clear across Harvey what Product is building, how it's progressing, and what's coming nextd optimize operational workflows to ensure agility and scalability as the company grows.   What You Have - 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high growth tech or SaaS company - You've built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully — not just inherited and maintained them - Experience working with AI-native products, ideally in a domain where model quality and output reliability are central to the user experience - Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data — usage metrics, feedback themes, retention signals — into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs - Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority - Hands-on experience with launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving product environment - You're a natural bridge builder: fluent in strategy, comfortable in the weeds, and skilled at creating clarity where none exists. Ambiguity doesn't slow you down — it's where you do your best work.   Compensation Range $155,400 - $233,200 USD   Depending on your location, an Applicant Privacy Notice may apply to you. Frequently asked questions

What counts as an AI Engineering job?

AI Job Board lists engineering roles that build, deploy, or operate AI/ML systems — including LLM engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), AI agents, prompt engineering, AI infrastructure and MLOps, model serving/inference, and fine-tuning. It excludes non-engineering functions like AI sales or marketing roles.

What is the difference between an AI Engineer and a Machine Learning Engineer?

An AI Engineer typically builds applications on top of existing models — LLM integration, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and prompt design. A Machine Learning Engineer more often trains, fine-tunes, or productionizes custom models. Many companies use the titles interchangeably, so search both when browsing.

Does AI Job Board include AI infrastructure and MLOps roles?

Yes. Titles such as AI Infrastructure Engineer, ML Platform Engineer, GPU Infrastructure Engineer, Inference Engineer, MLOps Engineer, and AI Site Reliability Engineer are all covered — these roles focus on the systems that serve and scale AI models rather than building models themselves.

Are remote AI and ML jobs available?

Yes. Filter by "Remote" on the jobs page to see fully remote AI/ML engineering roles, or browse the remote jobs feed directly.

What skills are most in demand for AI engineering roles?

The most commonly requested skills are LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant), agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), inference/serving tools (vLLM, Ray Serve, TensorRT-LLM), and fine-tuning. Use the skill filters on the jobs page to browse by specific technology.

How fresh are the job listings?

Listings are sourced continuously from company career pages and refreshed automatically. Each job shows when it was posted, and the sitemap and API expose last-updated timestamps for every posting.

How much do AI Engineers get paid?

Compensation varies widely by role, seniority, and location. Where employers disclose a salary range, it is shown directly on the job listing — filter by salary range on the jobs page to narrow results to your target compensation.
