Simple AI is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to join their growing team and help build state-of-the-art voice AI agents for enterprise clients. This role involves working directly with customers to transform Simple's voice AI platform into production-ready agents tailored to each business's unique needs. You will engage in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including creating custom demos, understanding customer workflows, deploying agents, debugging complex issues, enhancing performance, and translating customer feedback into product enhancements. This is a highly technical and customer-facing position for individuals who enjoy coding, interacting with clients, working at a fast pace, and seeing the direct business impact of their work.
Responsibilities
- Build custom demos for prospective customers.
- Understand customer workflows and requirements.
- Deploy AI agents for clients.
- Debug edge cases and resolve technical issues.
- Improve agent performance.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
