This role involves designing, building, and scaling production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and drive revenue. You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to iteration, working directly with enterprise clients and startups to solve their most pressing business challenges and embed AI agents across their operations. Your work will directly influence the evolution of Sierra's core platform, requiring collaboration with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and intuitive.
- Manage the entire Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), including building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and build AI agents that operate at scale.
- Contribute to the evolution of Sierra's core platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features.
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer's mindset with high agency.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
