As a Sr Partner Agent Architect, you will be at the forefront of this revolution, working with strategic partners and enterprise customers to design, implement, and scale AI-driven customer experiences. This consultative, customer-facing role involves guiding clients through solution discovery, end-to-end architecture, enterprise integration, and implementation strategy for AI Agents. You will focus on architecting scalable integrations, applying systems thinking to build reliable AI solutions, and shaping the conversational experience layer through prompt engineering and LLM concepts.
Responsibilities
- Scope and design end-to-end AI Agent deployments in complex enterprise environments.
- Define how Parloa integrates with enterprise systems like CRMs, ERPs, and contact center technologies.
- Apply systems thinking to solve complex multi-system data flow and integration challenges.
- Guide partners and customers on API design, data transformation, and integration patterns.
- Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on complex or custom integration scenarios.
- Lead technical discovery workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Translate customer workflows and business requirements into AI Agent behavior.
- Apply knowledge of LLMs, prompting strategies, and embeddings to improve agent performance.
- Support prompt design, conversational flows, guardrails, and voice configuration.
- Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and agent quality.
- Review partner-created solution designs and help partners build capability.
- Identify and resolve delivery blockers with cross-functional teams.
- Document reusable architecture patterns, implementation guidance, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing technical roles (solution architecture, systems architecture, enterprise integration, technical consulting, or complex SaaS implementation).
- Experience working with strategic partners, systems integrators, or consulting firms.
- Strong systems thinking and experience solving complex problems across multiple systems.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms).
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON/XML, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and authentication patterns (e.g., OAuth, API keys, JWT).
- Experience reading API documentation, defining field mappings, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, architecture quality, scalability, security, and delivery risk.
- Comfort working hands-on with integrations, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational architecture, and enterprise AI workflows.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into reliable prompts, conversational flows, and agent behaviors.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
