As Manager, Agent Architecture, you will lead a team responsible for building and delivering AI Agents that revolutionize customer service. This role offers a unique opportunity to be hands-on at the leading edge of enterprise AI, combining team leadership with direct client engagement and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Agent Architects, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and development.
- Set team goals and OKRs aligned with company priorities, manage team capacity, and ensure effective workload distribution.
- Represent the Agent Architecture team in cross-functional collaborations with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Directly guide customers through AI Agent implementations, from strategic planning to end-to-end delivery.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for performance issues with AI Agents.
- Define, enforce, and document best practices for AI Agent quality and delivery.
- Translate recurring field issues into structured feedback for the Product team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading people, either as a formal manager, team lead, or through sustained mentorship.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Demonstrated track record of building scalable solution architectures and conversational experiences.
- Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JavaScript.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with enterprise customers.
- Ability to accurately assess and communicate team capacity and prioritization.
