Responsibilities
- Automate cross-functional processes to eliminate manual and error-prone workflows.
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations between internal and third-party systems.
- Enhance developer experience by automating local environment setup and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Research, evaluate, and adopt new tools, including integration platforms and AI productivity tools.
- Automate the generation of recurring reports by pulling data from various sources.
- Participate in daily remote stand-ups to ensure team alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or internal tools, preferably at a startup.
- Proficiency in TypeScript for writing clean, maintainable code.
- Proficiency in React for building and extending UI components.
- Experience with integrating various services and systems securely and at scale.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, especially when handling sensitive healthcare data.
- Familiarity with the AI tooling space and its application to business problems.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive work forward.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams.
- A hacker mindset, enjoying the challenge of connecting disparate services.
