Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join their multidisciplinary product teams. In this role, you will solve real customer problems by applying your technical knowledge to build both back-end and front-end systems. You will work closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to address exciting scaling challenges and build a robust platform. This is an opportunity to contribute to the future of customer experience by leveraging AI and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical plans and contribute to technical architecture for scaling products.
- Write Ruby code to integrate AWS, infrastructure, platform, and SaaS technologies.
- Ship changes to production, including new features, on a regular basis.
- Build using AI-powered developer tools to enhance productivity.
- Mentor other engineers and participate in interviewing candidates to grow the team's capacity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product.
- Demonstrate significant impact on product and/or team.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Javascript).
- Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers.
- Proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
- Experience with Distributed systems.
