About the job

The Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. These tools will leverage LLMs and AI agents to automate tasks such as account research, summarizing interactions, drafting outreach, detecting renewal risk, and generating QBRs. This role involves end-to-end ownership, from problem definition and data modeling to building production-ready tools with Python backends and React frontends. The ideal candidate will prototype rapidly, instrument for adoption and outcomes, and evangelize new tooling across teams, translating complex data concepts into tangible business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design, evaluate, and ship AI-powered internal tools for GTM use cases, including account research, next-best-action recommendations, renewal propensity, pipeline risk detection, QBR generation, and post-call summarization.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI tools, from problem definition and data modeling to building production-ready applications.
  • Write Python backends and React frontends for AI-powered tools.
  • Prototype AI tools rapidly with users and productionize quickly for iteration and impact.
  • Instrument tools to measure adoption and business impact, such as improved win rate or conversion.
  • Document playbooks, run enablement sessions, and help leaders operationalize new tooling.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of applied data science with measurable GTM impact.
  • Shipped models or tools that have moved metrics like conversion, cycle time, or retention.
  • LLM/ML application experience, including RAG, prompt and tool design, vector search, and evals.
  • Experience leveraging AI for development.
  • Excellent SQL skills.
  • Fluency in Python or R, with experience applying analytical and statistical methods to business problems.
  • Experience with orchestration tools like DBT or Airflow for deploying reliable data workflows.
  • Strong communication and empathy to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative product mindset, comfortable working closely with Sales and Success teams.

Benefits

  • Support for health and wellbeing
  • Support for family
  • Support for time away from work
  • Support for financial future
  • Flexibility to work from home
