Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking an Engineering Manager for its AI Models Infrastructure Team. This role is responsible for leading a team of expert engineers who build and operate the foundational infrastructure that empowers the company to train and run its AI models. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in AI and a strong appetite for continuous technical learning, with the ability to manage and grow a high-performing team in a fast-evolving technical domain. This is a highly technical management position focused on enabling AI capabilities and driving innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team building the platform and infrastructure for Fin's AI capabilities.
- Enhance team effectiveness by removing impediments and accelerating progress.
- Support teams of ML Scientists and Engineers developing AI-powered features.
- Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact roadmaps in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Empower team engineers to act with agency and maximize their impact.
- Expand scope over time to potentially own additional platform domains as AI initiatives grow.
Requirements
- Experience leading infrastructure or platform teams.
- Strong prior experience working as an engineer.
- Strong technical judgment and communication skills.
