The Agents team focuses on core document understanding, advanced reasoning, and co-piloting experiences, developing steerable, reliable, and explainable agentic systems. As a Front-End Engineer on this team, you will own the interfaces and overall user experience for how professionals interact with AI agents, ensuring simple and delightful experiences for directing agents, reviewing citations, and iterating on deliverables. You will translate new agentic capabilities into polished web and iOS interfaces, and contribute to backend systems as needed, owning features end-to-end.

- Contribute to making the mobile experience excellent for interacting with AI agents.
- Build the backend services required by the UIs, such as streaming endpoints, agent state APIs, and integration glue.
- Partner with applied researchers to quickly deploy new agentic capabilities and iterate based on user feedback.
- Own end-to-end quality, including accessibility, telemetry, testing, performance, and a scalable design system.

- 4+ years building production front-ends at a venture-backed startup or top technology firm.
- Expertise in TypeScript and React, with a deep understanding of rendering performance, state management, data fetching, and real-time patterns.
- Comfortable across the full stack, including designing APIs, working with async services, and debugging systems.
- Strong product sense and design taste, with experience collaborating closely with designers and product managers.
