Dodo is building the AI operating system for healthcare, impacting millions of patients and thousands of practices. This role involves working across voice, agents, integrations, data, and product to develop systems that power AI agents and are used daily by healthcare teams. You will have significant autonomy to own large parts of the product and infrastructure, from real-time systems to user-facing features.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship core product features end-to-end.
- Build and improve real-time voice and agent infrastructure.
- Enhance AI agent speed, reliability, and capability.
- Develop integrations with healthcare systems.
- Translate complex workflows into simple product experiences.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and solve problems.
- Own significant product and codebase areas with autonomy.
- Contribute to product direction, architecture, and technical strategy.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to work across the full stack.
- Skill in transforming ambiguous problems into working products.
- High sense of ownership, driving projects from idea to production.
- Product-minded approach, considering user experience and implementation.
- Willingness to learn necessary parts of the stack.
- Experience with real-time systems, LLMs, voice, or telephony is a plus.
