Responsibilities

• Own stability, scalability, and security as customer base and product expand.
• Ensure reliable syncing of billions of records into the data platform from customer SaaS tools.
• Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and code and product quality strategy.
• Engage with customers and GTM team to solve complex, bleeding-edge problems.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate engineering excellence.
• Take end-to-end ownership of core products.

Requirements

• 4+ years building high-quality software, ideally in excellent engineering cultures.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to reason about architecture, abstractions, performance, reliability, and complexity.
• Comfortable working across TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Vue; experience with the exact stack is helpful but not required.
• Experience helping engineering teams scale through abstractions, systems, tools, and processes.
• Interested in Agentic AI, LLM applications, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with MCP or building AI agents is a plus, but not required.
• High-ownership, customer-focused, and a resourceful teammate.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, biasing toward action.
