Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack, from the interface to the infrastructure.
• Build and lead frontend architecture in React and TypeScript, setting quality standards for components, state management, and performance.
• Design APIs, manage background jobs, and work with async workflows.
• Ship complete features end-to-end, including AI-powered features utilizing LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
• Join customer calls approximately once a week to understand needs, interpret feedback, and translate it into scoped product decisions.
• Actively contribute to product direction and influence what and how the team builds.
• Utilize AI for reasoning, building, reviewing, and testing throughout the development process.
• Stay current on frontier AI models and integrate them into shipped products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building full-stack applications with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong backend experience including API design, PostgreSQL, and managing background jobs/async workflows.
• Solid frontend skills with React.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP), including services like S3, media pipelines, and deployment tooling.
• Experience building AI-driven applications (prompt engineering, working with LLM APIs, or fine-tuning experience are a plus).
• Ability to independently lead projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team.
