About the job

Veeam is seeking a People & Culture AI Transformation Intern for Summer 2027 to join their global People & Culture team. This role focuses on strategically and responsibly adopting AI within the HR organization. Interns will work at the intersection of strategy, enablement, and operations, transforming AI learnings into reusable resources, supporting AI workflow and agent prototyping, and tracking adoption and impact. The internship offers a chance to build systems and playbooks that scale AI across an enterprise HR organization, accelerating the path from idea to prototype to pilot. Ideal candidates enjoy organizing information, testing tools, and creating practical assets for others to use.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype AI workflows and agents using tools like M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, and Claude.
  • Develop enablement learning materials and convert them into durable assets such as checklists, templates, and playbooks.
  • Organize and maintain the agent/workflow library, enablement assets, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the idea-to-prototype-to-pilot pipeline by assisting with intake, status updates, and project tracking.
  • Track adoption signals and basic impact metrics using Excel and dashboards.
  • Partner with HR practitioners to document needs and translate them into structured next steps.
  • Evaluate AI outputs for quality and consistency, iterating towards on-brand results.
  • Contribute assets that can serve as repeatable frameworks and examples of scaled HR AI enablement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, entering final year.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot).
  • Curiosity about AI's impact on work and the judgment to use it thoughtfully.
  • Comfort exploring new tools, working through ambiguity, and making progress independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables, charts).
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs, identify issues, and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Tech Stipend
  • 8 Hours of Paid Volunteer Time
  • Personal and Professional Development through Internship Program
