Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions for a best-in-class guest experience.
- Ship features end-to-end, including design, rollout, monitoring, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows and pioneer new building approaches.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and improve team capabilities through reviews and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend/full-stack experience delivering impactful products.
- Ability to integrate with frontend applications and work across the stack.
- Excitement for AI-assisted development and LLM-based agents.
- Proficiency in working with ambiguity, agile delivery, and incremental software shipping.
- Strong software development fundamentals including code quality and testing.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, seeking feedback and embracing change.
