Tenstorrent is seeking a C++ Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Models team. In this role, you will work on the training framework for advanced AI models, focusing on writing high-performance C++ code, implementing new layers and operators, and scaling models across custom silicon. Responsibilities
- Extend and optimize the ML training framework with new operations, layers, and training features.
- Debug and tune model performance on Tenstorrent chips.
- Collaborate with compiler and kernel teams to ensure models compile and run correctly.
- Support the integration of real-world models and their transition to production.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++ and low-level systems programming, particularly in performance-critical code.
- Comfortable with concepts like tensors, memory layout, and compiler graphs.
- Familiarity with PyTorch and an understanding of how frameworks map to hardware.
- A proactive approach to solving technical puzzles and delving into details.
