About the job
We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Member of Technical Staff to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the product and systems that translate simulated behavior into real product decisions. You will work across the entire technology stack, connecting complex backend systems, including multi-agent simulations and evaluation pipelines, to frontend experiences that customers rely on for critical decision-making. This is an opportunity to own and build core platform features, translate agent behavior into product functionality, develop system visibility and trust tooling, and shape user interaction with simulations.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the core platform for designing experiments, running simulations, and exploring behavioral outputs.
- Translate raw agent behavior into product functionality, bridging the gap between system actions and user guidance.
- Develop tooling to enhance system understandability and trustworthiness.
- Define and implement how users interact with simulations and make decisions.
- Ship features rapidly in bi-weekly cycles, taking ownership from backend to frontend and user impact.
- Define best practices as the team scales.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production systems with a strong understanding of data and logic flow across the stack.
- Comfortable working across the full stack and understanding how all components integrate.
- Excited by LLMs, agents, and simulation systems, with a focus on user outcomes over just technology.
- High sense of ownership and low ego, taking responsibility for outcomes and adapting quickly.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and build processes as you go.
- Drive clarity, debuggability, and elegant systems.
- Experience designing agentic systems or LLM-powered products (bonus).
- Experience building internal tools or complex product workflows (bonus).
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (bonus).
Benefits
- Salary: $180-200k base
- Equity
- 100% paid medical, dental & vision (US only)
- 28 days PTO (including 5 company-wide days)
- Beautiful offices in SoMa & Tower Bridge
- Work from home 2 days/week
- Team dinners, offsites, and events
