Salesforce is seeking a Cloud Readiness Architect to join the Cloud Success Readiness team, focusing on enhancing customer adoption and product quality for Industries Cloud. This role involves deep collaboration with Technology & Product (T&P) and Customer Success Group (CSG) teams to ensure customer success at scale. You will gain a thorough understanding of the Industries Cloud product portfolio, its capabilities, and how they align with key customer use cases. Leveraging your expertise, you will provide product insights, recommendations, and document feedback for the T&P organization, working closely with various Cloud Success teams to scale product knowledge and support their customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Understand the Industries Cloud product portfolio, roadmap, and all in-market and new products.
- Act as an early adopter for new product introductions, feature releases, large-scale migrations, or product retirements.
- Experiment with products and participate in betas and pilots for continuous learning.
- Build and maintain relationships with Product Management Leaders and subject matter experts.
- Engage T&P and CSG stakeholders in product feedback and roadmap development.
- Identify, document, and track recommended product enhancements based on stakeholder input.
- Develop product requirements and deliver them to Product Leadership.
- Document best practices and learnings from product interactions to enable readiness at scale.
- Deliver knowledge capital and architectural guidance to Cloud Success teams.
- Collaborate with Cloud Success teams to create strategic approaches supporting product strategy and customer success.
- Provide product expertise to support strategies aimed at improving product adoption.
- Participate in efforts to improve overall customer health for the product.
- Share best practices with other Readiness Success Architects to improve the team's operating model.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Product Management individual contributor role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven record of presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
- Ability to approach work with a beginner's mind and shift focus as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and drive results.
- Capacity to synthesize information, identify themes, and develop tactical plans.
- Ability to apply domain and product knowledge to influence product leaders and design decisions.
- Skill in creating, managing, and distributing clear and relevant training materials for diverse audiences.
- Ability to act as a liaison between departments like product, engineering, and customer success.
