You will work directly with customers and internal teams to enhance agent quality, particularly in voice interactions, and develop systems to scale expertise. This position involves research, design, enablement, and product strategy, with a focus on advising on conversation design, evaluating voice quality, building best practice frameworks, and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to translate insights into platform improvements.
