As a CTIO - AI Architect - Senior Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will leverage your experience in analyzing requirements and developing technical designs to enable the successful delivery of solutions. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success by applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. In this role, you will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures.
- Lead strategic planning and execution of innovative technology solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical designs for solution delivery.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to optimize technology infrastructure.
- Conduct business impact analysis and feasibility studies for strategic technology planning.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and coach teams to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to address integration challenges.
- Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.
- Apply systems thinking to identify problems and opportunities within enterprise architecture.
- Promote the use of innovative technologies and best practices across solution architecture teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Experience designing solutions integrating IoT devices, sensor data, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Proficiency in applying AI, including generative and agentic AI, to create scalable solutions.
- Skills in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture.
- Experience with strategic technology planning and innovation processes.
- Ability to apply systems thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Experience leading teams through complex and ambiguous situations.
- Ability to validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback.
