As an AML and Sanctions AI Engineer Senior Manager within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. This role requires applying your skills and influence to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and navigating ambiguity with sound judgment. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, and validating outcomes with clients. Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams, along with a commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative data-driven solutions to optimize business performance.
- Guide teams in leveraging advanced analytics techniques for strategic client insights.
- Utilize data architecture development and data pipeline management to enhance data quality and accessibility.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to address data challenges in banking and capital markets.
- Develop and oversee the deployment of scalable data visualization and analytics solutions.
- Promote continuous process improvement and embrace change for competitive advantage.
- Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to refine strategies.
- Direct teams through complex and uncertain situations with composure and sound judgment.
- Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
- Apply systems thinking to identify problems and opportunities within financial crimes and sanctions contexts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 7 years of experience.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Python for developing AI solutions.
- Strategic questioning to drive impactful decisions.
- Systems thinking to identify opportunities in complex scenarios.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity with composure and clarity.
