As an AI Senior Developer Manager within the Assurance practice, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. You will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role involves motivating, developing, and inspiring your team, coaching members to leverage their strengths and meet client expectations. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions for digital transformation.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver quality software products.
- Design, code, and test applications to enhance user experiences and meet client needs.
- Utilize programming languages and software development methodologies for scalable solutions.
- Oversee the application lifecycle management, including planning, development, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address software engineering challenges.
- Implement continuous integration and delivery practices for streamlined software deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards.
- Analyze system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized performance.
- Encourage team development and skill enhancement through coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development.
- Experience building scalable AI-enabled applications using LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, model APIs, data pipelines, observability, testing, and secure deployment practices.
- Experience guiding engineering quality through mentoring, design and code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies.
- Proficiency in API Management and Application Development.
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of Microservices and Enterprise Application Integration.
- Experience in Software Project Management and Planning.
- Ability to embrace change and foster innovation in software engineering.
