About the job
As a Senior Associate AIT AI Developer, you will develop software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice, using modern software engineering methods to design, code, test, and refine applications that support client needs and business performance. You will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, guide junior team members, and navigate ambiguity while deepening your technical skills and business context. In this role, you will apply modern development tools and methodologies, interpret feedback, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and contribute to deliverables that align with project objectives and client service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-enabled software solutions for Assurance technology platforms and client service applications.
- Design, code, and test application components using Python and APIs.
- Integrate AI capabilities into software workflows to enhance automation, reliability, and performance.
- Review code, apply coding standards, and troubleshoot defects throughout the application lifecycle.
- Build and maintain scalable software features using cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze problems, resolve issues, and adapt solutions.
- Guide junior team members on technical questions and development activities.
- Document technical decisions, development progress, and testing results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- AI development experience supporting software engineering engagements.
- Experience developing production-ready AI-enabled software solutions using Python, API integrations, LLM application development, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and cloud-based AI services.
- Experience integrating AI models into applications with secure coding, testing, and version control.
- Proficiency in Python and API development for scalable applications.
- Experience applying CI/CD, testing, and code review practices.
- Ability to interpret data into insights and recommendations.
- Experience translating client needs into technical deliverables.
- Understanding of AI-human collaboration and application design.
