PwC's Strategic Analytics & Operations practice is seeking Operations AI Engineers to join their team in Athens. This role involves developing cutting-edge AI-driven solutions for complex operational environments in Greece. The position focuses on applying AI and machine learning to optimize supply chains, logistics, and operations, building predictive analytics, and creating AI-based decision-support tools. You will leverage AI-assisted development environments and design multi-agent systems to handle end-to-end operational workflows with minimal human intervention, translating complex challenges into scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and machine learning models for supply chain, logistics, and operations optimization.
- Build and deploy predictive analytics and automated solutions for large-scale operational networks.
- Develop AI-based and agentic decision-support tools for autonomous monitoring, reasoning, and action recommendation.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate solution building and prototyping.
- Design multi-agent systems for end-to-end operational workflows with minimal human intervention.
- Translate complex operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior client leadership.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar).
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration is a strong advantage.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or operations domains is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
