Join our technology consulting team as a Medior AI Engineer, specializing in generative AI development. You will work on innovative projects, applying large language models (LLMs) and generative AI in sectors like finance and energy, and accelerating internal workflows. Responsibilities
- Actively develop LLM-based systems using RAG and agentic approaches, from concept to working prototype.
- Develop innovative solutions by continuously following and applying the latest generative AI trends and research.
- Collaborate with business units and decision-makers to identify and implement new use cases.
- Independently manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects from planning to delivery.
- Work closely with senior experts to ensure high-quality results and professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant software development experience, with at least 1 year specifically in RAG and/or agentic AI systems.
- Proficient, advanced-level Python skills, including practical knowledge of asynchronous programming and multiprocessing.
- Fundamental knowledge and use of multi-agent systems, guardrail solutions, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
- Advanced knowledge and application of context engineering strategies to maximize model performance.
- Proficient use of various databases, with a focus on vector databases.
- Strong software development fundamentals with a focus on writing CLEAN code.
- Excellent teamwork and independent responsibility skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Confident, at least intermediate-level English language skills.
