As a Managed Services - AI Solution Developer, you will engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. This role involves translating business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures. You will design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, configure agents, and integrate systems using APIs and connectors. Your work will support deployment, documentation, user adoption, and continuous improvement while adhering to security and responsible AI standards.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, and user stories.
- Design and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and APIs.
- Configure agents, prompts, workflows, and integrations.
- Extend solutions with custom code.
- Develop prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Test functionality, integrations, and response quality.
- Support deployment, documentation, and user adoption.
- Optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
