PwC is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems within cloud environments. The role emphasizes productionization, automation, and delivering business impact through work on demand forecasting, RAG-based applications, autonomous multi-agent systems, and enterprise AI integration. Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, including data processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and deploy ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and GenAI models into production environments.
- Design and implement RAG systems, covering retrieval, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
- Build Agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, tool-calling, planning, and memory management.
- Develop and optimize time series forecasting models for applications like demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Implement MLOps pipelines, encompassing CI/CD, model monitoring, drift detection, and governance.
- Optimize models for performance, cost-efficiency, and low latency.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and customer-facing applications.
- Design scalable LLM inference architectures for efficient deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance ML models to improve quality and performance.
- Mentor junior team members and present technical findings to various audiences.
- Stay updated on AI/GenAI trends and evaluate new tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 60% academic standing.
