We are seeking experienced software developers looking to transition into the field of Generative AI. This role is an opportunity to leverage your strong technical foundation and programming skills to build AI-powered solutions. You will join a dynamic consulting team focused on applying large language models and generative AI to enterprise processes, working on real business problems for both domestic and international clients. You will learn from experienced GenAI experts while independently deepening your knowledge in a rapidly evolving field.
Responsibilities
- Develop LLM-based solutions, including RAG and agentic approaches, from concept to production.
- Build stable and well-structured GenAI solutions leveraging existing software development expertise.
- Explore, test, and practically apply new GenAI technologies and methodologies.
- Take ownership of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects in collaboration with senior experts.
Requirements
- Senior/medior level software development experience with strong programming fundamentals.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, or related technologies.
- A clear career aspiration to focus on Generative AI.
- Motivation for intensive learning and self-development to acquire deep AI knowledge.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong software development perspective.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- 3+ years of Python experience.
- Experience with Docker.
- Practical knowledge of at least one Cloud Platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
