Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team as an AI / Software Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of AI-powered software engineering solutions for global clients, combining deep technical expertise with strong leadership to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams. PwC utilizes AI across software development, data engineering, cloud, automation, and analytics, collaborating with industry leaders like Microsoft and OpenAI. Candidates are expected to actively leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, improve problem-solving, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in delivering AI and software solutions.
- Design and architect scalable solutions using AI technologies like Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical strategies.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Establish best practices for software development, AI implementation, deployment, and governance.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI development, Machine Learning, or Cloud technologies.
- Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Strong expertise in Python and/or other modern programming languages and relevant libraries/frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, NLP, ML, Computer Vision) and/or modern software architecture (microservices, distributed systems).
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen.
- English B2+ proficiency.
