We are seeking experienced backend engineers to join our team and build robust, scalable backend systems. You will be responsible for performance tuning and scaling at both the API and storage layers, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems.

Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in server-side development.
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Good understanding of software design principles, system design, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with RDBMS, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis/Aerospike, and AWS.
- Experience in performance tuning and scaling at the API and storage layers.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
