About the job
We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team, focusing on engaging developer ecosystems in emerging technology domains like Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Sovereign AI. You will work directly with software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to champion the adoption of NVIDIA's advanced AI and computing platforms. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, a passion for developer advocacy, and the ability to communicate how NVIDIA technology solves complex, real-world challenges. This role involves accelerating critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack into partner products and guiding partners through onboarding and integration with technical resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI Models for multimodality data & models.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and problem solver for the developer ecosystem in Sovereign AI.
- Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.
- Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources like sample code, guides, and demo pipelines.
- Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and inform roadmaps.
- Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges.
- Discover new workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report back to product teams.
- Collaborate with NVIDIA partner managers, solution architects, and sales/marketing teams.
- Travel as required to support job functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the technology industry, including software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or solutions architecture.
- At least 5 years of direct hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs, and VLM in enterprise-scale ISV software development or government workflows.
- Proven experience leading and scaling developer programs at major technology companies or ISVs.
- Significant technical depth in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs, and VLM software, including areas like smart cities, healthcare, citizen services, robotics, cloud, and AI/ML.
- Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
- Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, and prioritize issues.
- Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with software architecture design, implementation, and programming skills.
