NVIDIA is seeking a passionate AI Tools Engineer to join the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Data Team. This role is critical for transforming extensive production data streams into actionable intelligence, automating root cause analysis for incidents, and predicting future service trends. You will build and deploy sophisticated AI-powered tools and products that support the operation and optimization of a critical global Geforce Now service. Responsibilities
- Build and implement AI/ML tools to analyze production data for incident root cause analysis and operational trend identification.
- Lead the development of LLM- and Agent-based systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain data management practices, including building pipelines for large-scale data sources.
- Enhance LLM-based pipelines and integrate LLM advancements into product development.
- Act as an authority on AI Frameworks, recommending platforms, toolsets, and architectural approaches for product sustainability.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Go or other systems languages is a plus.
- Practical experience building, optimizing, and deploying AI tools.
- Strong knowledge of the AI space and LLM-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud environments (AWS).
- Active engagement with AI field developments and ability to make informed technical decisions.
- Expertise in automation and handling large-scale data pipelines.
- Experience applying monitoring and visualization tools like Grafana.
- Excellent ability to handle data sources and pipelines for transformation and management.
