Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agent tools to accelerate software development for engineering teams.
- Monitor and apply the latest AI agent, LLM, and auto-coding technologies to enhance tool capabilities.
- Optimize AI-assisted coding workflows for improved usability, code quality, reliability, and development efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand development challenges and translate feedback into practical tool improvements.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex toolchain issues to ensure a seamless developer experience.
- Create guidelines and documentation to support the adoption of tools across engineering teams.
Requirements
- MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, or AI workflow automation.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, coding assistants, automation tools, or developer productivity solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development workflows, including coding, debugging, testing, version control, code review, and CI/CD.
- Ability to evaluate the practical value of new AI agent and LLM technologies and apply them to improve tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective AI-based solutions for engineering problems.
- Strong programming skills in Tcl/C++/Python.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
