NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is seeking a Sr. Developer to join their AI Acceleration team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable AI-powered solutions, particularly within Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360, as well as exploring new AI technologies. You will be instrumental in building Agentforce agents and automations, architecting data foundations, prototyping emerging AI capabilities, and developing solutions using Apex and LWCs. The position offers opportunities to work across various platforms like AWS and GCP, and to explore cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate closely with project teams and customers to shape strategic, forward-looking initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and enhance Agentforce Agents, workflows, and automations.
- Prototype and evaluate new AI technologies adjacent to the Salesforce stack.
- Design and build scalable and secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360.
- Leverage unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes.
- Engage with customers to define requirements and propose complex solutions.
- Develop using the Lightning Framework (LWCs), Apex, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, and the broader AI landscape.
- Acquire and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Leverage AI tools and development assistants to maximize build efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWCs, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce's Apex language and coding best practices.
- Strong foundation in software development principles and OOP.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and Git.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs.
- Experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360.
- Experience building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations.
- Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI technologies beyond core Salesforce (LLM APIs, agent frameworks).
- Strong ability to learn new technical skills quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
