NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their specialized AI acceleration team, focusing on client-facing Agentforce-powered engagements. This role is crucial in driving compelling business value through the rapid development and deployment of AI agents. The position emphasizes fast execution, competitive bake-offs, rapid prototyping, and demonstrating cutting-edge agentic solutions to stakeholders. You will work closely with a Pursuit Architect, owning the technical design, tuning, and customer interactions to deliver desired business outcomes using advanced AI tooling.
This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and collaboration, aligning with regional client operational schedules in North America. You will have the opportunity to rapidly construct agentic solutions, lead technical client engagements, connect technical delivery to strategic business metrics, and proactively identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks. The position also involves performing real-time troubleshooting, delivering live demonstrations of complex Agentforce solutions, and converting technical insights into reusable assets to scale delivery velocity.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly construct agentic solutions within client environments, translating requirements into functional architectures including subagents, guardrails, and data models.
- Lead recurring technical client engagements, demonstrating progress, incorporating feedback, and driving iteration.
- Connect technical delivery to strategic business metrics like deflection, handle duration, and user sentiment.
- Proactively identify and address delivery bottlenecks, integration constraints, or misalignment among stakeholders.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting and optimization to resolve dialogue flow failures, execution bugs, or system logic issues.
- Deliver authoritative live interactive demonstrations of complex Agentforce solutions.
- Convert technical insights into reusable solution accelerators and internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical solutions, consulting, or solution engineering in client-facing environments, with direct stakeholder engagement.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building with Agentforce, Service Cloud, or comparable agentic AI architectures.
- Active Salesforce accreditations (Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, or System Administrator).
- Ability to perform rapid prototyping and real-time troubleshooting, analyzing execution traces to pinpoint root causes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architectural principles, including integration patterns and data models.
- Skill in translating complex technical trade-offs into executive-level business impact.
- Commitment to leveraging modern AI tooling like Claude for rapid execution.
- Comfort operating in rapid, evolving environments and charting the path forward.
