This role is for a senior advisory position within our Agentic practice, focused on guiding clients through AI transformation from high-level strategy to implementation. You will translate ambiguous business problems into structured roadmaps and working software, bridging the gap between strategy and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead client advisory engagements as a trusted advisor and client lead.
- Facilitate executive and cross-functional stakeholder sessions to define business priorities and transformation goals.
- Shape ambiguous problems into structured statements with clear scope and success criteria.
- Produce strategy artifacts such as capability models, AI use case portfolios, and roadmaps.
- Lead business process analysis and redesign with AI as a core component.
- Identify opportunities for agentic AI, automation, and human-in-the-lead models to create business value.
- Map current-state workflows to future-state operating models, identifying gaps in data readiness, governance, and organizational capability.
- Translate process findings into scoped AI use cases with clear owners and success metrics.
- Translate strategic intent into user stories, agent design patterns, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
- Act as a liaison between business architecture and technical architecture on the Salesforce platform.
- Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to validate designs.
- Manage the handoff from advisory to implementation, ensuring strategic intent is maintained.
- Contribute reusable intellectual property, frameworks, and tools to the practice.
- Provide thought leadership on the future of agentic AI.
- Support proposal development and SOW scoping for advisory engagements.
Requirements
- 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
- 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level.
- Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing agentic AI use cases, including building business cases and overseeing their implementation.
- Proven track record of leading executive-level workshops and strategic decision sessions.
- Experience designing future-state operating models.
- Strong functional and conceptual understanding of the Salesforce platform (Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, Einstein).
- Familiarity with how agentic AI constructs map to real business use cases.
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM ecosystems (Salesforce Agentforce, OpenAI, AWS, Azure) and their application to enterprise transformation.
- Understanding of data readiness, integration architecture, and governance requirements for AI deployment.
