We are seeking a Senior Workato Integration Engineer to join our GTMTech team in Gurugram. This role is crucial for developing, deploying, and supporting essential business integrations that enhance company efficiency, boost profitability, and enable data-driven decision-making through automation and AI. The GTMTech team focuses on high-impact, large-scale technology programs like Quote-to-Cash, streamlining systems and minimizing manual work.
Responsibilities
- Automate, develop, and support integrations across various business systems, platforms, and tools.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Create scalable integration solutions and operationalize them.
- Implement and promote integration best practices.
- Participate in on-call support rotation.
- Champion and role model company culture principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of enterprise integration experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in integration development using platforms like Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi.
- Deep understanding of enterprise integration design patterns, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with Workato connectors (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, HRIS, Google AppSuite).
- Expertise in Python/Ruby scripting skills.
- Strong development experience implementing Workato at scale, including automation, observability, monitoring, and debugging.
- Experience implementing and managing DevOps processes adhering to compliance, audit, and CI/CD processes.
- Hands-on experience implementing secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Experience implementing Workato MCP and agentic workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex, multi-system environments.
- Excellent analysis and design capabilities, focusing on system design, flow, scalability, performance, and mapping business requirements to technical solutions.
