The AI Transformation Department is leading Krafton's company-wide AI transformation (AX). This team supports business units in leveraging AI to innovate work productivity through strategy, technical support, education, and direct execution. The AI DevOps Engineer will focus on building and operating environments that ensure AI/ML outcomes are developed, deployed, tested, and operated safely and efficiently. This role emphasizes designing AI/ML-based prediction and automation frameworks and promoting SRE methodologies across the company, rather than direct infrastructure operation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and advise on AI Ops platform adoption innovation strategies.
- Design AI Ops platform and observability pipeline architectures.
- Formulate strategies for scaling operational automation (auto-healing, auto-scaling).
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for automation initiatives.
- Independently define SLI/SLO/SLA and advise on strategies for spreading SRE culture within the organization.
- Build automated runbook execution systems and develop/operate platform tools.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of practical experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Experience independently defining and implementing SRE cultural methodologies within an organization.
- Experience building and operating systems in cloud Kubernetes environments, including CI/CD pipelines using GitOps and Argo CD.
- Experience building and operating observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Experience responding to infrastructure failures (on-call) and implementing improvements through post-mortems.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Karpenter, and Ansible.
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips.
