This role involves building next-generation technology that leverages JPMC's unique data and full-service advantage to develop high-impact AI applications and platforms within the financial services industry. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with firmwide AI/ML teams, business and product partners, and geographically dispersed teams to drive alignment and accelerate adoption of common AI capabilities.
- Architect and implement lighthouse ML and LLM-powered solutions.
- Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines.
- Deploy model inference services.
- Experiment, develop, and productionize high-quality machine learning models, services, and platforms.
- Deploy solutions into public cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
Requirements
- MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning.
- Minimum 7 years of development experience, with at least 4 years working on AI solutions.
- Experience using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for business problems, including tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Deep knowledge in Data Structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, and Statistics.
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end solution design with a focus on modern architecture, scalability, and security.
- Knowledge of data management, including data model design and real-time data processing on SQL (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL stores (e.g., OpenSearch, Redis).
- Proven leadership capacity, including AI/ML idea generation and GenAI-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for senior technical and business partners.
