We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our team at Granola, a rapidly growing company backed by a $125M Series C. We are transforming how companies use conversational data, turning every interaction into actionable context for people and AI agents. This role offers the opportunity to own user-facing features end-to-end, from initial concept to production, within a product already relied upon by major companies. You will work closely with a kind, curious, and design-obsessed team, many of whom have experience from leading tech companies. We are building at the frontier of agentic software and are looking for individuals passionate about shaping the future of work tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop agentic workflows to translate meeting discussions into actionable outcomes.
- Build shared context layers for team workspaces, prioritizing user privacy.
- Enhance the core note-taking experience to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness.
- Prototype and ship daily experiments, iterating based on feedback.
- Expand Granola's reach to new platforms including desktop, mobile, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with users and the team to define and build product features.
- Take ideas from zero to one, developing rough prototypes and iterating to a polished product.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping user-facing features end-to-end with visible product impact.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Comfortable working with backend technologies like Postgres and AWS.
- A keen eye for UX, speed, and polish.
- Ability to shape product problems and solutions through user interaction.
- Excitement about building with LLMs; direct experience with prompts, evals, or agents is a plus.
- Strong technical ability and product sense, with a willingness to think like a PM.
