Figma is seeking AI Product Engineers to join our growing team in the UK. You will be instrumental in building and evolving our AI-powered features, focusing on agentic workflows that enable ideation, prototyping, and seamless transitions from design to production code. This role involves developing new 0→1 products within the agentic coding space, collaborating closely with designers, PMs, and other engineers to craft high-quality products. We are looking for individuals eager to lead AI efforts end-to-end, from initial concepts to production deployment, and contribute to shaping the future of AI at Figma.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Dev Mode and MCP tools for developer/design collaboration.
- Develop new 0→1 products in the agentic coding space.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to create high-quality products.
- Mentor and be mentored by peers across engineering, product, and design.
- Build strong connections with teammates and help shape Figma's culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping user-facing features or products as a full-stack developer.
- Strong fluency with React and Typescript.
- Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions.
- Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.
- High velocity and a focus on user impact.
