ElevenLabs is seeking a Systems Architect to build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce administration, focusing on creating a Go-To-Market tech stack where AI is a core component, automations are intelligent, and the CRM dynamically reflects business operations. You will act as both a Salesforce administrator and backend developer, owning platform administration, developing complex automations using Flows and Apex, and building custom services and integrations. This includes managing Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling to connect the CRM with other essential systems. For larger projects, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team on scoping and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce organization, including object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
- Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services to support end-to-end Go-To-Market processes.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling to enhance CRM functionality with AI-powered workflows.
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting.
- Translate complex business problems into clear technical scopes, from initial stakeholder discussions to final implementation.
Requirements
- Extensive Salesforce administration experience, including deep knowledge of the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.
- Strong Apex development skills for building, debugging, and maintaining custom logic, triggers, and integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL for decomposing ambiguous questions into queries and handling complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- A systems mindset to understand end-to-end processes, trace data dependencies, and anticipate the impact of changes.
- Enthusiasm for modern tooling, particularly building AI-native systems and exploring the intersection of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.
