ElevenLabs is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join their Marketing Engineering team, focusing on building and deploying AI agents that handle real business tasks and improve over time. This role involves leveraging advanced tools like their own agent platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models to create reliable, measurable, and safe solutions. The engineer will be embedded within growth pods, identifying problems and owning solutions from conception to completion, working with a focus on impact and rapid iteration in a high-velocity environment.
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that run business functions and improve based on results.
- Utilize the company's agent platform, orchestration tools, and frontier models.
- Ensure AI agents are reliable, measurable, and safe for business dependency.
- Identify business problems worth solving within growth pods.
- Own solutions end-to-end, from problem identification to deployment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, LLM APIs, and agent orchestration.
- Experience shipping production systems that others rely on, starting from ambiguous problems.
- Experience building and evaluating LLMs beyond demo stage, understanding their failure points.
- Ability to measure the effectiveness of built solutions.
- Bonus: Experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) data or marketing systems.
