Responsibilities
- Document manual playbooks and identify tasks that can be automated.
- Develop AI agents to monitor inboxes, send follow-ups, and maintain trackers.
- Automate repetitive outreach and tracking tasks into self-sustaining workflows.
- Build systems that allow a single person to manage hundreds of applications simultaneously.
- Manage the lifecycle of new app connectors, from initial request to live deployment, including OAuth approvals, API access, and sandbox setup.
- Oversee the approval status of numerous applications across different stages.
- Proactively follow up on approvals until completion.
- Create demo videos and scope-mapping documentation to facilitate partner agreements.
- Maintain the status of all applications to ensure clear communication across engineering, product, and partner teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building with AI as a core part of your workflow.
- A persistent approach to problem-solving, seeing tasks through to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and threads without losing track.
- Proactive problem identification and resolution skills, comfortable working without explicit direction.
- A strong inclination towards automating tasks rather than performing them manually.
- Focus on achieving goals through automation, agents, and workflows.
- Engineering background (BTech, CS, or similar) with a portfolio of built and shipped projects.
- Excellent written communication skills suitable for professional correspondence.
- Ability to work in Bengaluru in person for the duration of the internship.
- Final-year students or recent graduates are welcome.
