Having experienced 10x growth in the past year, backed by prominent investors, we are seeking a Product Engineer // AI to develop automations that will revolutionize claims handling, making it fast, reliable, and scalable for the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement automation opportunities by collaborating with claims handlers to understand process breakdowns and develop features to address them.
- Build and deploy full-stack, end-to-end AI agents that perform real work on live claims.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and operations teams to ensure the robustness and scalability of deployed automations.
- Take ownership of the risk associated with AI systems and continuously improve them as the system scales.
Requirements
- Comfortable working directly with users to identify real-world opportunities and pain points.
- Possess a genuine understanding of agentic AI systems and how to design AI for action.
- Demonstrated ability as a fast and capable full-stack developer, able to take features from concept to production independently.
- Strong focus on correctness and risk assessment, considering potential failure modes of automations.
- Demonstrated hunger and grit, with a background in product engineering, AI/ML feature shipping, or end-to-end ownership in a startup environment.
