Arize AI is seeking an AI Application Engineer to join their team and work at the forefront of generative AI. This role offers the chance to solve complex problems with code, build internal tools and copilots powered by generative AI, and rapidly prototype solutions for customer use cases. You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to support customers and advance AI adoption. While Arize is a remote-first company, this specific role requires candidates to be based in the Singapore area.
Responsibilities
- Debug and fix issues within the platform and submit pull requests.
- Develop internal tools and copilots using generative AI to enhance team productivity.
- Quickly create proof-of-concept prototypes for customer-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to resolve customer issues and expand AI implementation.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience shipping fixes in production systems.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, including LLM APIs, frameworks, and building copilots or automations.
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing concepts.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as CrewAI, Langchain, Langgraph, DiFy, or LiteLLM.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong debugging skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a capacity for rapid learning.
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully, creating solutions rather than dependencies.
